Many of the designers that work with PA have also contributed to the costume design of countless feature films, and special events and venues throughout the world. Returns

At POISON ANGEL, we always strive to provide the best product and service possible. If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange, within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to all returns to obtain a Return Authorization Number – This number needs to be shown on the box for proper credit. Returned items must be unworn and in perfect, re-salable condition. Custom-made items, lingerie, accessories, and hosiery cannot be returned under any circumstances. Lingerie and thongs are considered 'intimate' apparel.  Once you receive your purchase, if you have any doubts regarding the fit, please try the item on wearing undergarments.  We cannot exchange any item that has obviously been worn or soiled, in compliance with Federal Health Regulations. However, we will gladly exchange unworn items. We strongly suggest that you use a traceable method for returning purchases (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, US MAIL with Signature Confirmation or similar), as POISON ANGEL cannot be held accountable for lost return packages. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  NOTE: As indicated on each item, items purchased in the DISCOUNT OUTLET (codes beginning with YYY) can only be returned for store credit.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee will be charged on order returned within seven days of issuance of Return Authorization. Returns postmarked over seven days after Return Authorization has been issued may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to CA. If your order is taxable, we will apply 8.25% sales tax when your order is processed by our computer system.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped by DHL Express Ground Delivery. We do offer 3-Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air: however, you must ALWAYS consider at least 1-2 days processing time to be added to shipping time! Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday. International orders will be sent by U.S. Express Mail or Airborne Express. Orders to P.O. BOXES, and APO's, FPO's, AFB's and U.S. Military addresses will be shipped by U.S. Mail - a $5.00 surcharge may apply. Orders for items which are currently in stock (mostly imported items and footwear), typically will get to you in two to seven business days.  However, we specialize in CUSTOM orders: this means that most items in our best-selling lines POISON ANGEL ORIGINALS and CATWALK EXXXTREME are exclusively made to order. We have the fabric and the pattern - and the outfit is put together when you order it. This is the way that our customers can be sure that each piece is hand-made uniquely, and not mass-produced in some faraway land - to be found in just any mall... This kind of quality takes a little longer to make, HOWEVER WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO ACHIEVE A MAXIMUM WAIT OF ONE TO THREE WEEKS IN ANY CASE, FOR ANY PART OF THE WORLD (time includes product processing).

Payment

At the present time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as payment in advance by Check or Money Order mailed to our address.  For WHOLESALE transactions, COD and Bank Transfers may also accepted.

Privacy

We understand that celebrities and public personae deserve their privacy, just like everyone else. POISON ANGEL does not sell or share customer information with any other company, third party or gossip tabloid! All shipments are sent out in plain, unmarked packages.
