- POISON ANGEL will send the goods to the address of your choice. No invoice will be included in the box, and a notice with your return address will be posted on the package.
- POISON ANGEL will mail you a copy of the invoice for shipping confirmation.
- Default shipping carrier is DHL. *Orders to PO Boxes will be shipped by Priority US MAIL. We cannot ship by UPS or FEDEX. Standard service is Ground Service. If you require faster delivery by DHL Air, you must contact us in advance to ascertain that the items desired are in stock. COD Service is not available with this program. All orders must be paid in advance by credit card or money order.
- POISON ANGEL is not responsible for any returned or refused packages. Buyer accepts all risks pertaining to their own Customer (the recipient), which may include, but are not limited to, possible credit card fraud, damage, theft, or loss of goods. Recipient’s signature will be required for all deliveries.
- The fee for this service is $5.00 per shipment, in addition to incurring shipping and handling charges.
- IMPORTANT - ABOUT RETURNS: for general wholesale return policies, please read here. However, as we understand that the needs of a dropshipper are different from those of a brick-and-mortar store, we will accept returns of UNWORN OUTFITS with tags still attached, within 7 business days of receipt of package - FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all dropship returns. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please refer to our general wholesale policies for information on Return Authorization.
