POISON ANGEL DOES NOT offer CatWalk eXXXtreme, PENNY GLAMOUR, LINGERIE, COSTUME JEWELRY and other upcoming retail collections for wholesale. Therefore, only the items included in our SPECIAL EDITION Catalogs or in the Wholesale Section of our Web Site are available for Wholesale, Remember that you have to sign up and register with us before you can actually access the Wholesale Part of the site.
All other items included in the RETAIL (main) section of this site are for our RETAIL Customers ONLY.

| Production / Turnaround Time |
| POISON ANGEL specializes in custom outfits for the vast entertainment community in Los Angeles, therefore most items are strictly HAND-MADE TO ORDER by craftspeople of exceptional skill, right here in the Hollywood area. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days, with a maximum production time of 10 days during busier times of the year (i.e. Christmas Holidays, Valentine's, Award season). Please allow longer times for larger orders. For RUSH service, always contact us in advance for special arrangements.

| Backorders |
| We will make every effort to ship your order in its entirety. However, on partial shipments, all items that have not yet been shipped will automatically be backordered, and will be rushed to you as soon as production is complete. Please contact us for different arrangements.

| Terms |
| We accept all major Credit Cards. You may be required to produce a valid business certificate, license or Tax ID as proof of business. We reserve the right to require a deposit on large first-time orders. Also, industry credit references will be required for first-time customers and COD approval. No NET terms.

| International Orders |
| First-time buyers outside of the U.S. may be required to pre-pay orders by bank transfer. Complete instructions will be sent when order is received. We also accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We reserve the right to pre-authorize or charge Credit Cards prior to production on first time International Orders.

| Returns |
| No claims on used goods. Merchandise may only be returned for evident manufacturing defects within seven days of receipt of order. Defective goods will be replaced with same item/color/size and shipped back to you at no extra charge. Please call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized packages will be refused. Dropship accounts may return a defective item for exchange or credit.

| Refused Shipments |
| An order with POISON ANGEL is a contract. Receipt by POISON ANGEL of a refused package without prior notice will void all outstanding orders. Two-way freight charges and a 30% restocking fee may be charged for any returned or refused shipment on customer’s next order, and you may not be able to order from POISON ANGEL again until this matter is resolved.

| Freight |
| Customer is responsible for all S&H Charges. All wholesale shipments are sent by DHL EXPRESS Ground by default - UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BY PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL.
When placing your order online, please select WHOLESALE options, to make sure that your order does not incur in delay or possible overcharges.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent by U.S. Mail Priority. International Orders will be sent by U.S. Mail, unless otherwise requested. International Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes, as regulated by specific import laws of destination Country.
