Yes, we do offer our POISON ANGEL ORIGINALS for wholesale. POISON ANGEL DOES NOT offer FOOTWEAR, FETISHWEAR or ADULT ITEMS for wholesale. POISON ANGEL DOES NOT offer CatWalk eXXXtreme, Jewelry, Hosiery and other upcoming retail collections for wholesale. Do you still have free catalogs?
No. Because of the staggering assortment we carry, we find it impossible to show most of our goodies in a single catalog. Also, increasing costs for mailing and printing make a print catalog expensive and obsolete. After all, it's so much easier and fun to shop online! Why can my purchase take 1-3 weeks to ship to me?
The majority of POISON ANGEL garments are hand-made to order right here in SoCal, using the finest materials available. We keep close to 100% of our fabrics in stock, so that we can start producing your items immediately after we receive your order. This adds the actual time of item construction to your delivery time. Also, during certain times of the year (Halloween, New Year’s Eve…), back-ups in production may occur. Furthermore, your purchase gets shipped out of California, so depending on whether you live in the U.S. or outside the U.S., it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to ship to you. However, please note that most imported items we sell are ALWAYS in stock and are shipped out on the same day (2-3 day processing time may apply in some cases).
How do sizes vary internationally?
Our products are offered in Standard U.S. Sizes. Other countries may use other measurements. Please refer to the International Size Chart link we are providing for your convenience. Do keep in mind, however, that there is no real international standard for measuring shoe and garment sizes. These size equivalents were put together from a number of sources, and may vary.
If I wear a men's shoe size, how do I know what the corresponding women's shoe size is?
Normally, there is a difference of two sizes between men’s and women’s (i.e., Men's size 9 = Women's size 11). The same rule of thumb can roughly be applied to U.K. and European sizes.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my purchase?
If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange, within seven days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn and in perfect, re-saleable condition. Custom-made items, lingerie, thongs, accessories, and hosiery cannot be returned under any circumstances. Lingerie is considered 'intimate' apparel. If you have any doubts regarding the fit, please try your purchase on wearing undergarments. We cannot exchange any item that has obviously been worn, or soiled. In compliance with Federal Health Regulations, "if it's been up the crack....we can't take it back!". However, we will gladly exchange unworn items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Are the styles on your website the only available styles / colors?
Our website features an extremely wide range of styles and colors. But if you have a very, very special request, please drop us a line. You’ll never know what we might be able to do for JUST FOR YOU! However, keep in mind that custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE.
Can you ship my order to an address different than my mailing/billing address?
Generally, yes, we can. However our credit card processing service evaluates each transaction separately, and approvals are given on a case by case basis. We will let you know by phone or email if we require more information to complete your order. To avoid any possible delay, we suggest that you register that address with your credit card company. All you need to do is to call your credit card company and tell them that you wish to add another address to your account. They can usually update your account information in just a few minutes.
