If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange, within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to all returns to obtain a Return Authorization Number – This number needs to be shown on the box for proper credit. Returned items must be unworn and in perfect, re-salable condition. Custom-made items, lingerie, accessories, and hosiery cannot be returned under any circumstances. Lingerie and thongs are considered 'intimate' apparel. Once you receive your purchase, if you have any doubts regarding the fit, please try the item on wearing undergarments. We cannot exchange any item that has obviously been worn or soiled, in compliance with Federal Health Regulations. However, we will gladly exchange unworn items. We strongly suggest that you use a traceable method for returning purchases (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, US MAIL with Signature Confirmation or similar), as POISON ANGEL cannot be held accountable for lost return packages. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
